Sigue la racha de "mala suerte" en la RN, incendio en la noche del 8 de marzo a bordo del “HMS Queen Elizabeth” según la prensa el incendio aparentemente se inició en el sistema de aire acondicionado del barco, atracado en el puerto de Glenmallan en Escocia, poco después de las 23.00 horas. Según los informes, los comedores y dormitorios resultaron dañadas. La tripulación , inmediatamente movilizada, logró apagar el fuego con extintores, ya que los compartimentos fueron bloqueados antes de que el fuego se propagara.
